Resilience coaching

How do I strengthen my ability to be resilient as an executive? I am asked this question time and again. In coaching, we develop a holistic picture of a distinctly life-positive attitude. The focus is on these topics:

    Managers learn with me how to make clear decisions under pressure and increase their resilience. This includes strategies for coping with stress, self-reflection and mental training in order to remain capable of acting even in challenging situations.

I have been involved in longevity research for more than 10 years. A science that is still in its infancy. How do we live a longer, healthier life? One of my coaching focuses. The focus is on the following topics:
